Our Return Policy

Return Window: You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and no signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom products

Gift cards and downloadable items

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account and go to My Orders.

Select the item(s) you’d like to return and click Start a Return.

Choose your reason for return and follow the on-screen instructions.

Print your prepaid return label and attach it securely to your package.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? Simply start a return and select Exchange during the process. We’ll send your new item as soon as we receive the original.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery at shells@artbyshelley.com or 314-614-5213. We’ll make it right immediately.
